Something has come up and I need to Cancel the call, How much notice do I need to give?
We have a 24 hour Cancellation Policy in place.
This is to enable you to reschedule your Booking, Booked calls are non-refundable.

This Service is here to provide support for the whole community, this is a paid for service, as long as you are fair and show up, you can make use of the friday availability.
Abuse of Service -
The Following Behaviour MAY Result in a Temporary Suspension of using this privilege.
- Failing to adhere to the 24-hour Cancellation Policy
- Repeatedly Booking and failing to turn up
- Hogging/Dominating Booking Slots
