Booking & Cancellation Policies
Something has come up and I need to Cancel the call, How much notice do I need to give?
We have a 24 hour Cancellation Policy in place.
This is to enable us to offer out the slot to other members.

Is there a limit on The number of Bookings I'm Allowed?
GTeX Members are limited to One Tech support Call per Month, They cannot be booked more than a month in Advance and you are not allowed to book multiple slots.
I regularly have Tech Issues Can I book More than one?
This Service is here to provide support for the whole community, any
Member taking unfair advantage of this privilege will be monitored
to allow others the ability to book as well.
Abuse of Service -
The Following Behaviour MAY Result in a Temporary Suspension of using this privilege.
- Failing to adhere to the 24-hour Cancellation Policy
- Repeatedly Booking and failing to turn up
- Hogging/Dominating Booking Slots
